Hi, I’m Mihai.

I started in QA in 2008 and later moved into automation and engineering management. I spent more than six years managing an engineering team. I now work in presales as a solution engineer.

I liked helping people develop as a manager. I also had to learn how to make decisions that affected their work, explain those decisions, and deal with disagreement.

These days, I’m interested in how people understand a product and decide whether it solves their problem. I write about these subjects here, along with tools and projects I want to explore.
